You max titles in increments of five, going up to 30 i think which is "God walking amoungst meer mortals".

they actually can make up to 40, according to wiki there are 42 but only 41 achievable because LDoA + Survivor can't both be achieved.

pvp titles aren't seriously meant to be maxed. u can max one of them, but only if that's the only thing u play in this game and u're veeeery good at it. don't think anyone will ever reach 35 (if a.net doesn't add more ways to achieve... say unlucky and gamer)
