Lunar Tokens?

What are they for? Someone said you go to "LA" and gamble them. But, I have no clue how to get there. Someone enligten me..

LA = Lion's Arch, the Tyrian port town. Ergo, Prophecies.

You can take them to a collector in Shing Jea Monastery which you can trade 3 for a Lunar Fortune (Double-click them in an explorable area for the chance of a freebie) or you can take them to LA and play Rock/Paper/Scissors with a special festival NPC to win a Fortune there.

(On another, slightly related note, anyone who assumes everybody has played all 3 campaigns needs a slap.)

guildwiki.org has all the info about the Festival that just ended. Better hurry before the token collectors are removed from the game.
