Little Lost Bear quest

How do you get to the little lost bear? I looked for steps and stuff around the area where it was but I couldn't get to it.

You go back to the quest giver, then press alt and look around for a guy named Guardsman Pah, if he isn't there, looking harder. Then when you find him, you go to him, and continue north that way.

And it's in the "Old Chest" some way north of the quest giver. It looks like a normal Canthan chest, but you don't need a key.
