Okay, the only other offers I want to see on here are OFFERS with EXACTLY what the OP has asked for. Nothing else.
If he wanted req 10, purples, or anything else he would have said so.
To the OP: Yes round shields and tall shields are found in Nightfall. You can get them with inscriptions. Most likely you will have to settle for req 9's as max req 8's in gold are really hard to find and I doubt you'd find them with inscriptions. I have yet to see a summit warlord but they could drop in Halls now, seems most rares skins are now, so we will see.
