Is it normal that it doesn't have the inscription slot???

Seen 2 elemental swords without an inscription slot. Not sure whether it is intended or a glitch. Nonetheless, dead swords are common now, most probably wun be able to sell it for more than 20k (its usefull if u customized for a 20% permanent dmg mod).
Unless, the buyer thought it is inscribable, then its a differenet story.
