Sunspear title bug?

On the quest "The honerable General" it is asking me to be Sunspear Lietenant or level 12 to continue, Now according to guild wiki that rank does not exist, So would I be right in assuming it actualy means second spear?

If you looked at that page, or the quote I put in, guildwiki specifically points out that it is a bug. Sunspear Lieutenant does not exist, but did exist in the preview event. By the looks of it, they forgot to change some wording around, but considering that many other players have completed it without a problem, I don't think that you'll have to worry about obtaining a rank that doesn't exist.

Perhaps you should explain yourself more next time then, Simply putting a link to the quest on gw is not very helpfull, It's good to see you edited and put the actual quote your were reffering to into your post though.

Sorry about that, I thought the quote was in there when I first posted it. Also, I was assuming that you were just looking at the Sunspear Title progression page, because I would also be confused since it doesn't show up at all on that page.
I just find it odd that wiki shows it as Second Spear in the Quest Summary while it shows it as Lieutenant in your quest summary. Usually they match word for word, and note the bugs, (like this one) elsewhere.
