Secondly, requirement for this sceptor is smiting, not divine).

Well,sold the same staff few weeks ago for 250k
Scepter,not sure 50k+,get more opinions,they are very wanted,and perfect are hard to find

Dual mod scepters are pretty rare, but smiting isn't that wanted. ~40-50kish perhaps for that scepter or so, maybe a bit less due to the high req.

That staff is super rare, I agree - 250k-300kish.
