How much is a +20% against Demons Hammer mod worth?

And also, how much is a +20% agains Dragons Sword mod worth?

Hammer mods are not super popular in PvE, which is the only useful place for vs demons... but might get 15-20k right now if you find a hammer user in DoA.

Sword mod maybe 5k

Really hard to price these and the prices WIDELY varies...
