Best RA ranger crip shot?

Rangers by far are one of the better classes for RA pretty much any ranged class is. Whats a good crip shot build?

Your general crip shot build is probably something like:
[skill]Savage Shot[/skill][skill]Distracting Shot[/skill][skill]Crippling Shot[/skill][skill]Apply Poison[/skill][skill]Mending Touch[/skill][skill]Whirling Defense[/skill][skill]Troll Unguent[/skill]Rez Sig
If you are /A secondary, then [skill]Signet of Malice[/skill] can replace Mending Touch.
[skill]Hunter's Shot[/skill] is also a decent replacement for Savage Shot if you want more damage. [skill]Screaming Shot[/skill] is also a good choice, but is a bit more energy heavy and is a bit less spammable.
Attributes should have at least 14 expertise.
Personally, I don't think Crippling Shot is as good as a choice as it used to be. I prefer to use Burning Arrow myself, but if you want Crip Shot, then you probably want something like the above.

^I agree with Archon in saying that CripShot isn't as widely used, and I would say that outside of a team atmosphere where there is a need for a very specific role (anti-melee) you would be better off using a Burning Arrow build.
I'd use the same bar as Archon listed above, just replace cripple shot with Burning Shot and Whirling defenses with Natural Stride.
Debiliating Shot is also a GREAT skill to bring... but it means dropping either savage shot or troll. But using Debiliating Shot every time it recharges is absolutely devestating to a caster that isn't prepared to handle the energy loss.

Yea, I forgot to mention that Whirling, like Cripshot is a bit dated as well. Natural Stride has taken the place of this skill in most ranger bars I have seen for a long time.

probably just bring trolls for a self heal if this is for RA other than that its pretty much a set build.

Cripshot is still an awesome build to use. Here's the build I've been recently running in GvG:
Distracting Shot (always number 1 on skillbar, better for interupting imo.)
Savage Shot (savage shot number 2 on bar, same reason as dshot)
Crippling Shot
Screaming Shot
Apply Poison
Natural Stride
Troll Unguent
Mending Touch
Still an effective build to play, and most certainly fun

.......doh. its so confusing sometimes. :P i always do that with EDA as well lol. 
and ya, the op was asking for ra so i guess its fine..can be used in ta as well but id prefer EDA there anytime. :\
