Pre-Searing: Solo Charr Run

Ok, At first I would like to say "Hi" to all who are reading this!

Second I would like to say: I'm NOT going for LDoA, I'm going for lvl 16 in pre WITHOUTH dying!

Now, I'm a lvl 13 Mo/... and I wonder if anyone knew if I could solo the charr... I see these lvl 11 rangers soloing all the charr, with 3 hit kills, just because they have the "Nevermore Flatbow" (Collecters Edition), Now, is there any way a Monk, withouth any points in secondary prof. attriubutes could solo charr? Withouth dying that is! I CAN kill a group with 1 shaman, but I CAN'T kill groups with 2 shamans, NOR the bosses, and a boss run is practicly what I need... The Monk Boss just heals the other bosses to fast

Any Ideas, that work, are welcome!

Have you tried Symbol of Wrath from Smithing Prayers? I noticed that in pre-searing the mobs do not run when you use this.

Use the walls, take it slow, run away/leave game if you need to.

I really wonder though, why do you want this? You'd be stuck at level 16, and if you'd move to post after that it'd be a waste of time...

I want this because it seems fun, and it's actually HARDER than LDoA, since LDoA is no skill, but rather alot of spare time... To be honest, I'm hoping for Anet to come to their sences and add like a lvl 14 monster/repeatable quest, Because: What's the point of having titles, if U can't collect em all on 1 character... Everyone can get LdoA, everyone can get survivor, everyone can get R10 Hero, BUT The real skill comes in gathering them all on 1 character... So That's why I hope they make so u can get LS and LDoA...

As for symbol of wrath, It does some dmg, but not enough, becuz I need to get next to the charr then, meaning I need more points in healing => Less smiting => Less dmg, and defies to point of bringing symbol in the first place...

Its not going to achieve anything... so I wouldn't recommend you bother.

If you insist on doing it though... why not upgrade to get the special weapons yourself? Might help at little at least....
Well... since you're a monk I'm guessing probably not... *shrugs* ... They ARE kinda lame for the most part... but the bow isn't too shabby as you note.

It is possible to solo the charr at level 13 Monk with just trial secondaries but it is a long slow process and do do it withour dying is going to be hard. If you are insistent on doing this i recommend teaming up and spliting the xp with somone, and switching to a heal role.

hey i like the initiative to try something with some added difficulty, and congrats to you on that!. But i'm going to have to agree with maxiemonster here, theres not much point levelling to 16 in pre (takes forever) if you're just going to leave for post without going for title. Also, if you're going for LS, or any survivor title, than leaving at 14 would cut down a huge ammount of work and its not really going to affect your ability achieving the same levels in post (100x faster)
