So I just got perma banned..

Ok, I read over the "what not to post" and the FAQ's and found nothing about not being able to ask a topic about being banned.
So yeah, I had just got home from school and went to log into my Guild Wars account and to my horror, I see that my account had been permenantly banned for apparent use of third party programs. At that moment, I got extremely worried and thought to myself, third party programs, does that mean a bot? If yes, then anet has really screwed up, was this a joke?
So yeah, I am really worried at the moment, as I have worked extremely hard on my account to get him where I am, with his phoenix extremely close.
I was wondering if there was anyway to prove my innoncence, as I have not done any of this sort, or anyway to get my account unbanned.
