PC on Gold Gemstone Axe

Req 9 Axe Mastery
Lengthen Bleeding 33%
dmg+15% while stanced (Dance With Death Inscription so able to be changed out with a different inscription)
Axe Mastery +1 19%

I just bought this for 5k and was wondering if it was worth anything more . Thanks in advance for any help .

These are around 15k~, somewhat common drop in NF.
