Agreeing with all the estimates. I've sold a r9 winged for 45k (modded out), a r11 would be ~10kish at best without great mods and with that smite +1, 15-18kish tops. These are hard to sell and most people who want one want a req9. Might save you time to salvage off the smite +1 or keep it until you find a lower req one to put it onto.

I've noticed that almost all ritualist items come in all the elemental damages, so that might come into play here (possibly cold damage being more popular), so 70-80kish is my estimate for that staff but zodiacs, esp non fire/death/divine ones, vary in popularity & demand week by week.
