PC on 2x Gold Outcast Shields and 1 Duel Dmg Reduction Shield

Ok ive finally decided to clean up my invent and as i no longer play a warrior these items are just taking up storage space. Would appreciate a PC on these 3 shields pls. i do realise that req 12 is a bit high but its still not unuable is it? anyway thnx in advance.
incase u cant see the pic stats are as follows:
Outcast shield max gold
req 9 strength
armor +10 vs demons
health +42 while in stance

Outcast shield max gold
req 12 tactics
-2 dmg while in stance
health +45 while in stance

reinforced buckler max gold
req 12 tactics
dmg -2 while enchanted
dmg -2 while in stance

b u m p . . .

Not really sure, first isnt that good, 2nd is awesome and 3rd is too high req and bad skin for being worth much...
1, 5k 2, 40k< 3, 20k-40k

thnx 4 ur opinion. i thought that the 1st 1 might be worth more though what with the nice req and +10 vs demons green shields dropping now?? would like to get 1 or 2 more opinions if any1 can help out pls
