Whats the price on this shield?

Armor: 16 (Requires 9 Tactics)
Health +40 (while Hexed)

The merchant offers me 384. I'm wondering if the "street" price is worth enough to justify the effort that goes into shouting and selling.

if is not inscriable then mercant. if it is dunno maybe 10k?
