Very high reqs, very popular skins. Celestial skin is more popular than storm bow (and rarer, tbh, and not easily findable in inscribable versions, but the 13 req is ouch).

~15-20kish tops for celestial, ~10-15kish stormbow. High reqs, but popular skins. Your mileage may vary - both of these have popularity spikes.
