I have an Air Staff of the Canthan Skin. It is req9 and inscribable.
To my knowledge, it is either 20/20, or 20/10. Either way, the staff is entirely moddable.
If you choose to purchase, I will make sure that the staff is 20/20, or 20/10, perhaps put an inscription of your choice on the staff.

The average list price for this skin, req 9, is around 60-80k
