More semi-noob questions. Round 2

Ok, you guys were nice and answered my first round of questions. Well I have a new batch. Hopefully these are quick and easy to answer.

1. I'm actually surprised that I'm the first to ask this. I expected to see a lot of others posting on this issue. (Yes, I used search). Perhaps I'm just doing something wrong. When the Elite mission weekend ended, a guildie left a char in Urgoz's Warren. Tuesday evening a bunch of us wanted to do the mission and so we tried the guild hall trick to ferry us in. It wouldn't work. The "warren camper" returned to the GH and picked up the rest of us. When he tried to return to the warren he got the message saying he'd have to leave the party to return to the warren (Yes, he was the leader). Did A-net close this ferry loophole after the event weekend?

2. This is something I've been curious about for awhile, but I don't have any European friends to try it with. If an American player has a buddy on the European servers they can go on quests and missions together just by meeting up in the international districts, right? Ok, then is it possible to go to the UW/FOW with a "foreigner"? I'm guessing the answer is No, otherwise those international districts would be extremely popular at TOA. How is favor handled in international districts there?

3. I know this should probably go to the price check forum, but I really want a general rule of thumb answer rather than a price on a specific weapon. Last night while doing a mission I got a nice gold Celestial Longbow. Inherent was 15^50 . Damage was 14-27 . Are non-max weapons always worthless? My instinct is to just merch this one, but then again the 15^50 is always sought after. Is there ever a time when you should try to sell a non-max. (Assuming of course that non-max crystallines don't exist)

4. And finally, a simple opinion poll. If you had plenty of gold to spend, which minipet do you feel would be the hardest to obtain? Let's assume for the moment that you have 10 million in gold and you're willing to spend it. I'd love to eventually collect 1 of every pet out there. I'm realistic though. I know some of the pets are going for 4 million+ and I have no intention of ever buying gold for real money or getting bots to farm for me. I'll work for my gold the honest way and make this a long long term goal. I have very little interest in fow armor or rare skin weapons, so I need something to spend my money on. This is it. I just reached the 100k mark in my storage account and I probably have another 100k worth of materials and items. With that in mind, are there some pets that are simply unobtainable at any price?

1: All players in the party must have visted Urgoz or the Deep with that character in order for the gh ferry to work.

2: International ToA districts aren't able to be used to go to FoW/UW. There is a statue in Lornar's Pass explorable which gives access to the UW and it has been tested and shown to allow a group of 5 americans and 3 europeans into UW when America had favor. But this is an anomale and its incrediabley difficult to get to the statue in Lornar's Pass.

3: Well, its perfectly useable. Especially on a hero or for just a fancy looking pulling weapon. But it has no resale value on the market so just salvage what mods you can and merchant if you don't want to give it to Jin or Margrid.

4: Kanaxi Minipet is impossible to get. There are only 8 in existance, and it seems unlikely any more will be added as a reward for a tournament anytime soon.

Thx for the reply, Hawk. You know, I started naming all my male chars Hawk and the females Raven, but finally decided I didn't like the look of the male toons and just stuck with the women. I'm female in real life. (Yes, we do exist in the gaming world!)

I do have to differ with your answer to #4 however since there is a pet on the auction block currently. http://www.guildwarsguru.com/auction...php/id=356633/, but then again you're probably right in the long run. 8 total pets, 7 winners will never sell and the 8th goes to the winner of the auction who again will never sell.

I didn't think about giving the bow to Jin. Good idea.

Pretty much everything has been said, ill just add mini mallyx to the hardest minipet to get since not a lot of people have it and they don't want to sell it. I've sen lots of buyers but no seller since hey added that minipet. It's probably easier to get than the mini kanaxai but still very hard to get

I personally got 2 mini mallyx from coffers, they are very rare, but not extremely rare. The kanaxai and panda are the rarest, and hardest to get.
