Well I have done all the quests I can find. I haven't been to Fahranur, Black Tide den and a few others, but I haven't found a mission too advance me inot the mainlands. If anybody could tell me where to start a mission to advance me or, help me complete it I wold be grateful.

Just keep following the main quests and missions and you'll be there in no time.
