Question about skills

First i have a general question. Where can i find a skill list with descriptions of the skills in nightfall? I remember seeing one somewhere but now i cant seem to find one anywhere. Secondly do paragons ever gain an ability or anything that grants them wings like in the pictures? I know it probably wouldn't serve any real purpose just wondering if that's all just promotional art or if it has grounds in an actual skill.
