Igneous Blade
Deg Max req9
+15%^50

The axe isn't inscriptible, but igneous blade is inscriptible. Two are gold.

axe ~100k
sword - i would salvage +30hp and try to sell the sword for ~20k then

Agreeing with knicke, although might take some time to get 100k~ from runic axe but not impossible.
