Factions Running quests (with monk)

i wonder can i run those repeatable quests for factions?

my primary porfession is Monk

im wondering for this two quests: Kurzick Supply Lines and Securing Echovald Forest

Securing Echovald Forest is runnable on a monk. The standard Mo/R running build can handle it easily. You only need SB for about 10s max at a time, so no need to force the quick recharge. Another running skill instead of serpent's quickness would be more useful I think.

I'm not sure about kurzick supply lines since I've never done it myself.

I'd suggest you bring natural stride or zojun's haste instead of serpent's quickness since you don't need Spellbreaker to be up for 40s. 10s or so would do if you pick the right path.
