Earth Dmg 15-28
Damage +17% (While hexed)
Health +29
Damage + 20%
As I use Apply Poison alot i was thinking of changing the Ebon bow string to a Poisoners bow string for that 33% extra poisoning time, before I did i want to ask you guys opinions on it am i better leaving it as i am or should i go with the new string ???

If you use poison a lot, go for a Poisoner's string. Or pick up a second bow (collectors FTW), slap a Poisoner's string on that, and swap between them as appropriate.

Pardoz is right Collectors FTW, although if you want to say with a flatbow there is only the 15% while enchanted max.
As for the grip i recommend a +5 armour over the health mod but thats just me, and then just chuck a poisoners string on.

Stinger is a good bow, but I prefer extra armor over +1 marks or health.
As far as having more than one bow, I have 8: posion, fire, ice, ebon (but I don't know why), lightning, zealous, extra damage against undead and extra damage against skeletons. 1 for every occasion. I find fire is more useful than ebon.
Your basic setup should be: Poison, works on most, especially the desert creatures; Fire, against ice creatures ie ice golems and elementals, wich are immune to poison; Ice for fire imps and some desert creatures that are also immune to poison.
I kind of like getting the upgrades and appling them to bows I like rather than buying a Green weapon.

The only Green bow i use is the Graygore's Short Bow for farming with barrage, other than that i just built better bows from collectors as i don''t care what it looks like as long as it kills things I just dyed them slightly different colours so i'd remember what each one was.

i'd recommend getting the 15>50% collector shortbow or longbow ( if ur short on gold ) and since u like to Poison a lot... go with a Poisoner String... then go with either a +5 Armor or +30HP grip

Got my self a Poisoner string for 1k which i have added to my primary bow which now looks like this.
Im also going to make some other combo bows i have 3, 15-28 bows atm 2 blue and one other gold in my storage but two inc the gold is req 12 which i dont have so ill be loooking to sell the gold at least and salavge parts like warding off of the other.
