I am looking for the best build for prophs to bring me some serious money,anyone got any suggestions?

Got a

W/mo lvl 20- weak..
55hp monk(Mo/E) - great farmer but not fast...=not great profits.

Anyone got some ideas to try for me?

try farming hydras in skyward reach. If you have the patience, you can make up to 3k a run. It's good profit if you have some time.

Not to mention the chance of getting golds to increase your income =P
