Is Droks Armor The Best?

I bought droks armor for all my characters right away thinking it had to be the best since i explored up to amnoon oasis in prophecies. But i still wonder if there is a better armory, is there? I would like to know considering i bought armor and filled them with runes. did i waste my money

Armour purchased from Droknar's Forge has the maximum bonuses on all armour.

It doesn't offer all the armour types though (Survivors etc).

Any armor obtained after Droks (Granite Citadel, etc) just costs more and has a different look to them, they are no better. Guildwiki lists all armors available.
