which one's the inherent casting 10% or 9%? if 9% 30-40k+ if 10% 100k+

I sold a 20/9 fire zodiac r9 for 20k, after a lot of trying & was glad to get rid of it. Lack of perfect mod hurt it quite a bit. 40k+ Is pushing it currently; quite a lot of zodiacs are on the market still and will be for a few months imo.
