i want to buy a pair of low req steel daggers
this means it is req 8 or 9

-it must be gold (serrated skin)
-it must be inscriptable
-i am just buying it for the skin, this means i do not care for the mods
-i will only pay extra if it has a +30 hp mod, meaning that i wont need to buy a +30 hp mod for the daggers
-please make your price reasonable, i do not have that much money
