If I accidently deleted my miniature Kuunavang or Varesh, is it possible to get it back again using the /special command? I searched with no result and GuildWiki says that each account may use this command to generate only one Collector's Edition Present.

The special command to get a mini Kuunavang/ Varesh is a one time only thing per account. I'm afraid once its been deleted its gone. There's no way on getting it back unless you buy it from another player.

Gz.

Doubt it - typically speaking if you delete something they will not give it back. They will pretty much only entertain the idea of fixing their mistakes - and even then they do not always.

To note - be quite careful not only about things you delete but make sure any character you delete is empty. Quite a few have deleted valuable mini-pets or forget they had a large sum of platinum on that character. It just takes a second to check, and you should rarely be deleting items anyway. So there is no reason to take the little extra time - also make sure you go through your heroes now. I haven't seen any posts complaining yet but it would be quite easy to delete some expensive items, runes, or insignias.

While it sucks to be you, it would be too easy to take advantage of if they just made you a new item.

Support cannot help you. A friend of mine had the same problem, he deleted his character and it had Kuunavang in one of his bags. We e-mailed Support and they replied it was impossible to return a deleted item, however valuable it might be. They did say they were sorry, however.

I'll be careful next time... T_T

Hello,

Thanks for contacting the Guild Wars Support Team.

We regret instances where players lose characters or items, whether it is through the actions of unfriendly or unscrupulous players, through deletion accidents, or through other means. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to replace such things; Guild Wars does not have the capability to recover lost or deleted characters or items. No matter the cause for such loss, replacement of such things is simply not something that we are able to offer or support. Again, we are most sympathetic about your loss.

Thank you for your understanding and for your support of Guild Wars.

There is no error on Anets side on this, its the player that by accident deleted it,nothing Anet can do about it.

Exactly, he was saying that it's not their fault and they're not going to fix it.
