How do i enter House zu Heltzer???

I already reached Cavalon with one char and I finished Factions with another but i can't get to House zu Helzer!!
I am a luxon member. I tried to join a kurzick guild but still Jamei in Maatu Keep doesn't have the quest "Journey to House zu Heltzer".

What can i do?

As I recall, you can't get to House Zu Heltzer without befriending the Kurziks. That means you'd need to be a Kurzick and not a Luxon. So how do you change? Earn Kurzick points until you hit 10,000 kurzick points. Then you get to befriend the Kurzicks and get the quest to enter House Zu Heltzer.

I think that is how you do it.

I think that is how you do it. you get befriending the kurzicks/luxons after reaching HzH/Cavalon. He should be able to take Journey to HzH/Cavalon from Jamei.

you dont change your faction, its determined by your guild - most merchants will serve you if you have more of the faction owning the town. The exception being armor crafter which i think always want there faction, just do BtK - no need to change anything

I think that is how you do it. As Enko said you get Befriend the Kurzicks at HZH from the Count, and the completion of the said quest allows you to commence Defenders of the Forest quest which takes you eventually to the Eternal Grove for that mission.

after completing sunjiang district you will end up in maatu keep there you can take a quest journey to house zu heltzer. then travel to altrumn ruins and peak to the juggernaut guard and he will let you into house zu heltzer. you can be a luxon and access house zu heltzer.
