assasins and mesmers as theyre tricky to play and really, really annoying , plus a sin in vabbian armour, is basically the limit of GW aesthetics. And eles as my 1st char was an ele, and theyre one of the most usefull classes imo. Plus they look awesom too

My choices would be:

Ritualist- I was not crazy about rits at first. I'm not a big fan of 'support' professions, and so I assumed rits were basically support characters who make spirits to heal people. Was I ever wrong! A Guildie shared their channeling build with me, and I have so much fun with it. Usually when I tell people in AB or PVE I'm channeling rit there response is 'WTF U NOOB RITS ARE ONLI SUPPORTERSS NOOB'. Then they see me at work and all complaints stop ;p.

Elementalist- My first character I ever made, eles will always be special to me. Troll farming is one of my main ways to make gold, plus what other profession can do 150 damage in one shot? Plus, in my opinion eles have some of the prettiest armor.

Warrior- Yes, I can play both ele's and tanks and be good at both. I really just like rushing in and killing things hand to hand- plus I'm an avid sword collector, they're just so pretty!

1. Ranger - My first char (and main, of course) is a ranger. I just love their all-out versatility and when it comes to pure AL (considering only the core classes) they're the second best tanks. You can interrupt, trap, barrage, so many possibilities.

2. Mesmer - Quite a few of my chars are /Me. They're also really versatile, and I feel they're one of the more misunderstood classes. The builds never get old, there are all kinds of weird and powerful spells you can mix and match for all kinds of wacky outcomes. I made a primary Mes a few weeks ago, he's on Hell's Precipice now.

3. Warrior - I feel the warrior is a very powerful and capable fighter when in the hands of a pro. When in the hands of a noob, it's stereotyped as a muscular idiot, though when in the hands of an experienced person, warriors are powerful and good at all kinds of things (running, tanking, soloing, etc).

Why i love them...

Warrior is just the classic..i love hitting HA with a war build, espically hammer builds like dev or bb wars. theres nothing more satisfying then pounding a caster whilst immobilizing him in a kd chain > (espically when they try to run and u knock them down with bulls strike > )

Monks are totally different to all classes, they only concentrate on keeping the team alive. Although, there is a competitive level to it, its you versus the enemy offensive he casts backfire! you throw on hex breaker!! LOOK OUT METEOR SHOWER!! PROT SPIRIT!!!!!!!! PROT SPIRIT!!!!!!!

Assassins, very cunning, sexy class. We spent hours creating and figuring out solo spiking builds...then they introduced the sin and the moment i saw the SP sin build i was :O
Sins totally screw with gw dynamics..
