AoE Hex Build

Build in testing. Comments/Crits would be helpful in improving it. Used in Alliance Battles, but I think it would be viable in PvE as well.

This is very energy intensive, but will give you AoE hexing of -9 Degen, plus an AoE spike of 120+ and 40+ Healing at FoC Spike time.

Armour: Use a set that can give you a base of 50e (or more)

Replace Res Sig for

This build is a softy build, so try to hang back and catch a mob. Essentially just cast from 1-7. Suffering is vital as a cover hex for Ulcerous Lungs. Shadow of Fear can be used as a cover hex as well or as an extra cover.

For PvP, Enfeebling Blood can be used as a cover condition for the Bleeding.
