Would it at least be worth the price of the "Halves casting time of spells (chance 10%)"? That would be the same as an "of Swiftness" add on which is 3-5K?
I'd think the Req9 would be worth something as well as the fact that the "Halves casting" is part of the base item and not an add on. Wouldn't that mean you could add another focus core upgrade to it?
