Cant play guildwars more than 5 minutes!

Everytime i play guildwars it messes up and goes to the blue screen and says there is a driver error! Ive only just started recieving these errors since ive bought factions.

Here are my pc specs: (just gonna let you know i had a memery crash about 2 weeks ago where it said something was faulty or you were doing to much at a time)

ive got directx 9 and i couldnt find the website for updates on my videocard but im confused should i go to ATI since they make my video card or the programme that comes with the card that deals with the settings?
