GwG Image Error?

I CANNOT see any images in GwG. Just the html link. I DO wait for my browser (Opera) to finish loading - I've kept it open on page for a half hour. I do NOT see any images at all! Meaning it makes it harder to read post names because the "Go to first unread post" button actually says "go to first unread post" instead of just a small button. It's annoying and I wonder if anyone else has this error. Even the Icons for thread topics below say "post," "smile," "thumbs," etc.

let me guess you went on to settings and clicked turn off pictures! my sister did that to me i got stuck for weeks

Nope, images ARE turned on.
