Equipment: + 60 HP 20/20 Restoration Staff
Life provides a 140 HP heal to all allies (including minions, NPCs, other ABers not on your team). The two weapon spells can assist in dealing damage. SM provides your standard cheap heal. Keep GwT held and drop when life is low. Bloodsong provides a long lasting spirit (for spirit light) that annoys others while being a bit of a pain to kill since it steals health.
Alternatives: Swap Spirit Light for Spirit Transfer if you're certain you'll always be in earshot of a spirit. Swap Wpn of Remedy for VwK if you find yourself becoming a target a lot. Swap Wpn of Remedy for Spirit Light Wpn and Vengeful wpn for Death Pact signet if you want to focus on healing more. Swap one skill (MB&S, Bloodsong) for Death Pact sig.
Death pact sig is good if you're playing with teammates who are smart. Otherwise, you'll end up dying too much.
Nothing innovate here. Just a fairly solid build in my experience.

I'm not a big fan of healers in AB but it looks solid enough... Personally, I'd drop a healing spell (or 2!) for Spirit Rift to clear shrines easily and maybe another damage spell.
Also - Weapon of Warding, while expensive, near enough owns the ever-persistent 'sins - I'd see if I could get it on there somewhere.

I would also consider bringing Protective Was Kaolai: the recent buff made it a great party heal.

PwK is great in a large party, but it feels subpar in a party of 4. It also interferes with holding GwT (which is needed since you'll likely get targeted).
@ Alex: I can see the use for offensive spells (Spirit Rift is great) if your party lacks damage. However, in ABs I usually find that the teams are short on healing. I don't focus solely on my party and usually end up healing players from other parties. I content myself by doing dmg with the two weapon spells
Weapon of warding was something I used to rely on a great deal. However, I find that spirit light and dropping GwT are often sufficient to help me survive most sin onslaughts. Still, WoW is sometimes the only thing that can save you so I'm not going to dismiss it completely.
