Enchantments Last 20% longer
Dmg +14% in a stance
And I'm pretty sure this last one is worthless...
Adept Portal Staff of Warding
11-22 req 12 energy storage
HSR 20%
Energy +10
HCT energy storage spells 19%
Armor +7 vs elemental
Dmg +19% while hexed.
