Do we need a hardmode considering the side effects it might have?

I only usually get Protector on the first character I run through a campaign, it would be drudgery to have to get the title on all of them just to try some of the hard missions under different roles.
Perhaps you only need to earn Protector with one character and then all subsequent level 20 characters have access? Seems fair to me.

And any so-called Hard Mode that features nothing but maxed out monsters would be lame. Hopefully Hard Mode areas (preexisting missions or new) encourage new strategies and don't cater to cookie-cutter builds.

This is just my own brainstorming.
Questions at myself and ofcourse answering them myself
You don't have to like it... I like sarcasm

Why do people whine about the Skillhunter title?
It's not maxable yet. And people want more maxed titles without doing something for it. It would be easier to max it temporary... like they now do with the "Protector" titles...

How does Anet respond to whining?
They devide it into three titles that adds +3 to your PKM.
But remove 3 titles and add Hardmode. Offcourse completing Hardmode will take longer than collecting those Elite skills. Elona can be done in 1 afternoon and Cantha doesn't take much longer than that.
Offcourse they don't add Hardmode to populate older area's again since I don't expect anyone to take a lvl 10 along in a Hardmode mission.
Offcourse most will heroway it anyway.

So when will this hardmode be there?
At exactly the same time when they change the skillhunter title, I think

We're still waiting for the "guaranteed" DoA nerf. Joe Namath, you are not.

This thread is pure speculation, and as such, flames about stuff that doesn't exist yet are rather pointless. Closing time, and this end should hopefully not lead to a new beginning, at least until we have even a hint as to what hard mode is.
