I have just ascended a character and won the dragons lair. I also have done many other quests inbetween. The problem is I cannot access the quest the forgotten ones in Destiny gorge.

I can get the quest from Vanyi in Droknars for the attribute pts but cannot get the one from Annelle. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

you have to do a quest for secondary change, I think, first. You don't need to change, but you got to do a quest.

The quest Annelle gives you is not an attribute quest itself, it merely leads you to the guy in the middle of an explorable who gives you the attribute quest.

Looks like you're missing the first 15 point quest in the desert. I would guess you need to do that one first, maybe?

Is your character a native Tyrian? I believe only natives can do this quest. Characters that came over from Cantha and Elona cannot.

Thanks for the help I am not sure why I could not get the quest from Anelle but I went to Skyward Reach and talked to one of them to get the quest.
