Not really because I sold the person 2 minipets for cheap which they can sell for a good amount of profit. I've also given out lots of mini Pigs and fireworks to low levels in Ascalon and Kamadan because I didn't need them, and I suppose I could have sold those.

got a dead sword req9 for 45k. these are sinking fast but 45k is still pretty cheap i guess.

I think it's only fair the new players get to enjoy the festivities that most of us experienced players take for granted. A lot of them can't afford pets or seasonal items, so it's exciting for most of them when they get to set off their own fireworks or have a little Pig following them around a town.

I've done a lot nice trades, thats how i earn all my gold..
I can buy most req 9 nf stuff for 1-3k from some korean contacts.. EVERY time i log on they spam me.. ^^

Recently got a Ghials Staff for 15k then sold it for 25k

And of course anything you farm and sell is 100% profit

Every now and then a white or black dye drops for me when I least expect it. Always nice.

Traded my req 9 dead sword that has a 15% above 50 health inscription for a Purple Dwarven Axe 6-28 (req10) 14% while enchanted, 20/20 Armor Pentration and +30 health.

Last weekend, some L13 Ranger in LA was selling Black Dye for 5k for the first person to get to him by the fountian. Luckily, I was using some Cremee Brulees for Sweetooth, and I managed to run past 4 guys to get it.

I bought a gold req8 14^50, +7 armor vs elemental storm bow for 20k, unid'd. The first and only time I ever bought an unid'd item - I felt lucky. lol

Gavel Of The nephilm (spelling sucks), got it for 3k. Req 9, zealous, 15% vs hexed, +30hp. I don't feel guilty at all, but I am thankful that the guy was a good sport about things and gave me the hammer even though he could've went into hiding for a little while on guru.
