Do PvP Characters Get Birthday Gifts?

I've searched and haven't found a definite answer to this. Does anyone know if PvP-only characters get birthday gifts?

Yes, they do. A rare occurance, but some people who quit GW a year ago have come back to gifts on their old PvPs

Probably no one has achieved one year with a PvP characters. PvP's used to be deleted and recreated all the time until they added the J menu. You even had to make a new monk if you wanted to switch from heal to prot etc.


EDIT: appearantly they do
