The articles put up on the official Guild Wars site are getting read by people who've been playing this game a long time. And anyone following the game on websites has to, by definition, be considered "hard core."
I am very under-served by practically everything they've been offering; Adam's latest work was an extreme example of this.
I am far more interested in what the developers think about their game.
Here is a design article for Magic the Gathering, please give it a click:
http://www.wizards.com/default.asp?x=mtgcom/daily/mr30
It is extremely awesome, and shows a bit of the potential these style of articles can have.
Thoughts?
Does anyone else desire official articles written by the developers?

look at the questions and answers some time and see how many people are asking for even more basic information than the flamefest going on.
and yet here they are on a website asking the most basic questions of all.
hardly *hard core* in my opinion.
secondly so his very basic article did not give the elitest expert things he didnt already know..............so what.
maybe a *noob* was happy to get the information without fifty peopple in game calling him names for asking a stupid he should already know that stuff question

No. There's no need for this e-drama to get dragged into another thread.
Developers should devote their time to make the game better instead of spending time writing articles/editorials.
I am still waitting for skill updates :T
