It's not on your list, but Tattooed Scimitars are a pretty nice skin and look great on casters IMO.

A friend of mine, scyfer, is running a sale thread (and I agreed to help watch the buy threads.)

There's a purple, q9 max Tattooed Scimitar here with a picture of the skin. I believe it's already set up as a caster sword, mod-wise.
