Whats a good HA Build for RT?

HI
I know there are 2 types of build usually use in HA, wich are Spirit Spammer and Spike For RT.
But I have no idea what skills are use for em and wich skill first to use.
I would like to know those 2 builds and more builds use in HA.
Wich weapons are usally use for those builds and how many points you need for spawing,channeling, ect...
