Store bugged?

It's 9:10pm CST here, and I'm trying to purchase some extra character slots for my account. I log in, go to the store, add the number of slots to the cart, hit checkout, and....err=004? I back all the way out, and try again numerous times, only to hit err=004 repeatedly. Is anyone else having issues with the in-game store?

Check your credit report to make sure it didn't charge you over and over again first.

Store can't charge a card with no numbers

It's not letting me purchase the GoTY edition either. Code = 04, please try again in a few minutes, which has been going on for the last few hours at the very least.

Not trying to get off topic here but for the past few hours since I've been on the latency and packet loss has been horrid while I was playing in Cantha. I ran some tests and everything is a ok on my end. Perhaps some network issues or work being done affecting different parts of the game including the store? I'm sure it will be resolved soon enough.

I was trying to buy Nightfall for my secondary account yesterday and I got the same error. I tried multiple times at various points in the day.
