I've picked up a number of these Wands. However the best is

Whalekin Wand of Memory
Cold dmg: 11-22 (req 9 water mag)
Halves skill rech of water mag spells (19%)
Inscipt: "show me the money"

Is it worth anything ?
Should I mod it?
