Armour:16 req 9 tactics, +27hp, "luck of the draw" -5/19%. Id also like to know how much value i could add to it if I added perfect mods. Any help appreciated

According to http://www.guildwarsguru.com/forum/s...php?t=10081342 the price would be 80-100k. As for adding mods, it's much up to the buyer. Some are lazy and want it modded to perfection when they buy it, others do not. Tbh I don't think the price would increase enough to cover the cost of the upgrades.
