What Are Your Farming Habits?

Hi.

I just thought I'd do a small survey about popular farming habits to give other people good information and also, give myself a few hints here and there. Ok, so here it is:

1) What character(s) do you do MOST of you farming on

2) Where do you do most of your farming

3) How often do you farm per day/week

4) What is you average income per hour

5) Do you prefer: Farming, Chest Running, Regular Runnong or Just playing the Game to make money

1) Currently it's my R/Me. Although I also do alot of farming with Warrior and Elementalist.
2) Currently, I am pretty much in the Underworld by myself (with my trusty mini-pig sidekick) trapping everything I can.
3) I farm every day probably. From 5-10pm. I am working on Obsidian armor, so that explains it.
4) Depends on drops. Currently its around 4k, since I am saving all the ectos I find. However, if I were to sell them, it averages at around 30-50k.
5) Farming.

I fsrm 2 hours a day fr some good butt armor

1) I switch around alot to avoid anti farm etc etc, Monk, Ele, warrior, ranger
2) again, different places, dead swords, dragon mosses, FoW, UW, DoA, and alot more
3) Depends on when I have time, usually 4-5 times a week
4) Depends, anything from 25-150K an hour
5) Playing the game to earn money.

1. Earth Elementalist, Monk
2. UW, Dead Swords, etc
3. up to 10 runs per day
4. From 10k to 100k
5. CR

1: Warrior - Monk - Elementalist - Ritualist - Ranger -Assassin
2: Dead Sword, Smites, Dragon Mosses outside Saint Anjeka, Shiro' Kens, Spiders at Reihlon Refuge, Fortress of Jahai and Tombs
3: Random Places from 7pm - 12pm
4: From 12k and up
5: FARMING ftw

1: Warrrrrr
2: Anything
3: 1 hour a week
4: Anywhere from 68 gold to 900 gold
5: All.

2. whatever item I need or where ever I feel like
3. whenever I feel like (ranges from 1 hour a week to 5 hours per day)
4. varies greatly (I only farm when I need/want something)
5.I prefer farming but do some chest-farming. Recently I've been in the buy-low/sell-high market

Where ever I feel like it at the time.

When ever I get the time and I don't like to over farm.

I get 1K or lower as I may not do it enough all depends on the drops.

I prefer just regular farming.

Currently using my only character (W/Me)

-Solo farming FoW beach (I die ALOT because Im still new to it)
-SHARDS SHARDS SHARDS MORE SHARDS
-I spend about the average time beach runs take... because after im tired from all the chain casting etc.

1. R or Mo mainly but rit as well on occasion.
2. Usually DOA or UW, but also go after greens when a guildy or hero begs.

Warrior and Ranger (hero then flag tactic)

Used to be elona reach but doesn't work so well so UW when we get favor

4-5 hours when i played allot but now 30minutes to 2 hours depending on weekend or not

4) What is you average income per hour
about 40k per hour? unless i'm doing UW takes 10minutes for 8k so about 80k per hour?

Chest running and Playing the game to make money are my most fun ways to get cash, but i will farm if i'm short on cash..


i tend to bring rez signets when i solo farm tho.. bad habit lol

10 minutes for 8k = 56k per hour. However I think that 10 minutes = 8k is a bit extravagant of an estimate anyway =P

Anyway,

1) Warrior
2) Tyria (not a particular location, I just solo what i feel like)
3) Not much
4) 15-20k probably
5) Just playing the game and picking up stuff, but I do some farming when i need money or exp or whatever.

Mostly on my derv or monk, because for all my other chars, theres not an easily put together farming build for them...

I just play the game and it gives me insane amounts of money

1) Ele, Monk, Warr, Ranger (in that order)

2) Depends on mood and if I have favor. If I don't, then outside maatu, kappas, and dragon mosses.

3) Usually it's only bout an hour a day, if that, but I decided yesterday that I want FoW, so that's gonna go up to 3-4 hours a day, then prolly shoot back down after I get the armor.

4) 15-20k/hour. Depends on drops and where Im farming.

5) Farming and playing the game. Keyless chests=random easy money every once in awhile too.

1) Warrior (used to be alot of mesmer but they killed my mesmer)

2) FoW spider farm

3) Whenever America has favor, which isnt often

4) not sure i dont keep track i just make money.

5) Do you prefer: Farming/playing game for money (mostly farming)

Actually I like running. It gives me a certain rush, helps others AND makes huge piles of money.

1) Monk - Warrior
2) dead swords - UW - FoW sometimes
3) maybe 1-2 hours a day, but not every day
4) between 20k - 100k, depending on drops & area
5) i prefer just playing the game, with some occasional farmming
