skin doesn't make a weapon good. Lets face it, not many people want 14>50 on a rare skin weapon or sup perfect damage/energy stats when they can get perfect ones. Sundering and fortitude are upgradeable so those can be not perfect, but damage stats make the weapon.

thats like saying someone doesn't want a 14^50 crystalline...but we all know thats not true

the reason it would be 30k is because it's a SEMI RARE skin and a non-perf dmg mod.
