Welllll, I really hate to be the bearer of bad news, but that sword isn't worth anywhere near 200k. :\

15% below 50 isn't even close to max for below (20% being max), and is not really a sought after mod.

Req. 11 is also pretty terrible :\

In general Fiery dragon swords arent all that great because of their perma-modded hilt.

I'd say 10-20k,
