Prefered Stats -

1. No Green Ghostly and REQ so far is not a concern though.

2. Inscribable or else it must be either 10% or 20% on fastcast or recharge of spells of the same professions either attribute.

3. Feel Free and kindly leave your price for the staff n the stat here.
